Why Dinners?
We believe that open homes and dinner tables are the centerpieces of community. More revolutions in history were started in parlors and at dinner tables than they ever were from massive events. A CC Dinner is a small intimate gathering of 6-10 Creatives for an evening of community, intimacy, and friendship.
HOW TO START
What should we do together?
Talk. Get to know one another, revel and marvel at each person’s unique story and gifts, ask intentional questions, and explore the intersection between creative work and spirituality.
Who Should I invite?
People who share the CC values. We recommend 6-10 people who are passionately pursuing creative work, defined broadly. You’ll need to invite two or three times the amount of people that you want to actually show up.
You don’t need our permission —
Just do it.
If you want help knowing what to do, our guide will give you some instructions and prompts on how to create an amazing atmosphere for catalyzing community.
Where should we meet?
More than most people, creatives understand that environments matter. The setting should feel intimate, cozy, clean, and conducive to creative conversation. Avoid places with loud background music. (If you meet at Chili’s, we will revoke your license. (jk, but really... no chains)).
