Thanks so much for your interest in putting on a CC Meetup! These events can be so fruitful for establishing new connections your area and beyond.

Our application process is set up to ensure that your event is as successful as you hope it to be. It will help our team to to know how to best support you and ensure you can use the CC Event branding to promote your event.

Before you apply, make sure that you are prepared to answer the following requirements.

Casual CC Meetup requirements:

  • Host should be familiar with the Catholic Creatives pillars. (Feel free to contact us with any questions before or after your event!)

  • Event must use CC Events Brand Guidelines, as outlined in the CC Meetup Guide.

  • Your invite must include the following phrase: This event is created by amazing volunteers independently of Catholic Creatives, and the views or beliefs voiced during the event do not necessarily reflect the views of Catholic Creatives.

Larger CC Meetup w/ Programming requirements:

  • When hosting a large Meetup (25+ people), and especially when planning an event that includes programming, the host must have attended another CC Meetup, Regional, or Summit.

  • Host should be familiar with the Catholic Creatives pillars. (Feel free to contact us with any questions before or after your event!)

  • Host should have at least one co-leader if planning a larger event, especially events that require large-group facilitation for planned programming. Co-leader does not need to have attended another CC Event.

  • Event must use CC Events Brand Guidelines, as outlined in the CC Meetup Guide.

  • Your invite must include the following phrase: This event is created by amazing volunteers independently of Catholic Creatives, and the views or beliefs voiced during the event do not necessarily reflect the views of Catholic Creatives.
